• Room rates given are per room per night on bed & breakfast basis and are subject to 5% Service charge, 18% VAT and US$ 2 LGHT.

• Hotel check in time is 12:00Pm and check out time is 10:00Am. Any early check in or late checkout will be subject to availability and will be charged accordingly.
• Room availability and rates may be subject to change if amendments are made to a confirmed booking. Changes may be subject to applicable charges.
• In case of no-show the money paid is Non-Refundable.
• Payment by credit/debit card is subject to 5% Bank charges
• All our rooms have internet access provided you have your own Laptop.
• During your stay you are entitled to access our Gymnasium, Swimming pool and Steam.
• Children below 4 years stay complimentary in the room with their parents without any charges. Children above 4 years are taken as adults and charged accordingly. If Extra mattress/person is required/hosted, then we charge an additional fee of $20.
• Pets are not allowed.

This is a Non-Refundable Booking. In case there is any cancellation / amendment after the booking is processed, 100% of the booking amount will be charged.
