How do I make a reservation?

You can easily make a reservation by calling our reservation team at +256 772 775005. We’re here to assist you 24/7.

What is the hotel's check-in/check-out policy?

Check-in time is 12:00 PM, and check-out time is 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges.

Can I change my booking after it has been confirmed?

Yes, but room availability and rates may change if amendments are made to a confirmed booking. Changes may incur additional charges.

What happens if I don't show up for my booking?

In case of a no-show, the money paid is non-refundable.

Are there additional charges for paying by credit or debit card?

Yes, payments by credit or debit card are subject to a 5% bank charge.

Do the rooms have internet access?

Yes, all rooms have internet access, but you need to have your own laptop.

What facilities can I access during my stay?

During your stay, you can access our gymnasium, swimming pool, and steam room.

Are there charges for children staying in the room?

Children below 4 years stay complimentary with their parents. Children above 4 years are considered adults and are charged accordingly. If an extra mattress or person is required, there is an additional fee of $20.

Are pets allowed at the hotel?

No, pets are not allowed.

What is the cancellation policy for bookings?

This is a non-refundable booking. If there is any cancellation or amendment after the booking is processed, 100% of the booking amount will be charged.
